Terms of Clearance:
Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 8/6/92 and 8/13/92. One-year approval is granted. ED is currently working with an advisor group and Part H data managers on revisions of the Part H data collections. The next submission of these forms for PRA clearance sha summarize these efforts, and shall propose any additional or revised data elements that would be useful to the program and have resulted fr consultation with respondents. ED shall work with respondents to: -- disaggregate vacancies from positions filled by less than fully certified individuals, which would increase the utility of these data; -- collect separate counts of children at risk of substantial delay, from States who choose to serve these children.
