Approved as amended by ED's 8/24/92 memorandum to OMB. Approval throu December 1993 will allow ED to analyze data collected through this for against the national evaluation of adult education programs, currently being conducted. Upon resubmission of this form, ED shall: -- develop a more refined method for calculating cost-per-student, justifying its method with quantitative analysis; and -- validate the achievement data in Table 6.
