ED shall delet the local review statement from this application package, since its contents duplicate information that is reported in the program narrative. The applicant institution's CEO may countersign the application, indicating committment of institutional facilities and resources. -- In addition, ED shall revise the instructions on p. 24 to request only one copy of the college catalog; the instructions erroneously ask for three copies.
