SECURITIES, STOCK REGULATIONS, ELECTRIC UTILITIES' THE FPA REQUIRES THAT PUBLIC UTILITIES FILE FOR APPROVAL OF DISPOSITIONS OF JURISDICTIONAL FACILITIES, MERGERS OF SUCH FACILITIES WITH OTHER SUCH FACILITIES OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON, OR ACQUISITIONS OF SECURITIES OF OTHER PUBLIC UTILITIES. SUPPORTING DATA IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF TRANSACTIONS ARE CONSISTENT WITH PUBL INTEREST.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
