THE REGULATION REQUIRES RECORDKEEPING BY A CORPORATION AFTER IT UNDERGOES AN "OWNERSHIP CHANGE" UNDER SECTIONS 382 AND 383. CORPORATIONS REQUIRED TO REPORT UNDER THESE REGULATIONS INCLUDE THOSE WITH CAPITAL LOSS CARRYOVERS AND EXCESS CREDITS.
