AS A RESULT OF SECTION 2, 3, AND 4, OF PUB. L. 102-234, STATES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT INFORMATION RELATED TO PROVIDER-RELATED TAX AND DONATION PROGRAMS AND AGGREGATE DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE HOSPITAL PAYMENTS. THE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED IN THIS REGULATION IMPLEMENT THES STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.
