Abstract:
S FEE, COMPENSATION CLAIMS' A BLACK LUNG CLAIMANT MAY ARRANGE TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY REPRESENT HIS/HER INTEREST DURING THE CLAIMS PROCESS. THE PURPOSE OF FORM CM-972 IS TO COLLECT PERTINENT INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF THE SERVICES RENDERED AND THE AMOUNTS CHARGED CAN BE PAID UNDER THE BLACK LUNG BENEFITS ACT.
