Abstract:
THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS WOULD ENABLE THE SECRETARY TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON THE PARENT TRAINING AND INFORMATION PROGRAM, INCLUDING EFFORTS TO INVOLVE MINORITY PARENTS AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES, TYPES OF SERVICE PROVIDED, AND NUMBER OF PARENTS WITH DISABLED CHILDREN AGE 0-5 THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED IN OSERS ANNUAL REPORTS TO CONGRESS.
