SOURCES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATIONS, START-UPS, SHUT-DOWNS, MALFUNCTIONS, AND DATE AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TEST, INSTALL, CALIBRATE, AND MAINTAIN INSTRUMENT TO RECORD DAILY THE TIME AND DURATION OF EACH STEEL PRODUCTION CYCLE AND EXHAUST GAS DIVERSION, AND IF VENTURI SCRUBBER IS USED, TO CONTINUOUSLY MEASURE PRESSURE LOSS
