Approved with the understanding that IRS will submit Information Correction Worksheets for each information collection activity initiat under this concept review. Specifically, IRS should submit for each collection a statement of objectives, a description of the selection o respondents, an outline of the collection (including probing questions any materials provided to the respondent during the tests, and any letter(s) provided to the respondent as part of this study. The voucher compliance study is approved as submitted on August 23, 1993. The mail questionnaire for the IR 1040 Voucher Compliance Study submitted 9/24 is approved as submitted.(see attached sheet, 4/8/94).
