Approved for one year, which will allow ED to propose and collect comment on modifcations to this form for use in FY 1994. Part of this proposal shall be to disaggregate the total under Section 1, line 5, into major categories. The total of $44 million reported under this line in FY 1991 is not insignificant; understanding how the funds are spent may be critical for program improvements and accontability.
