Terms of Clearance:
This information collection is approved for use until March 31, 1994. Approval extends to the following: two versions of the GPR forms --the old forms with supplemental information added and the new, revised forms. Upon its next submission, the old version of the GPR forms should be phased out completely. In addition to the GPR, this approval extends to the existing codified regulations at 24 CFR Part 570 (.301-.305; .506; .507). HUD does not currently have OMB approval for the proposed revisions to 24 CFR Part 570, published on March 28, 1990. HUD should submit a request for OMB review and approval of these proposed changes as soon as possible.

Abstract:
A STATUTORY REQUIREMENT NECESSITATES AN ENTITLEMENT GRANTEE'S ANNUAL SUBMISSION OF A FINAL STATEMENT AND GRANTEE PERFORMANCE REPORT (GPR). THE GPR HAS BEEN REVISED TO REFLECT RECOMMENDATIONS OF A PAPERWORK REDUCTION INITIATIVE, ADDITION OF SECTION 104(D) OF THE HCD ACT, WHICH REQUIRES REPLACEMENT OF HOUSING UNITS, AND PASSAGE OF NAHA, WHICH ADDE A NEW ELIGIBLE ACTIVITY.
