THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-8202 IS NEEDED DURING PERIODIC SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) REDETERMINATIONS TO REEVALUATE FACTORS OF ELIGIBILITY AND TO DETERMINE CONTINUING ELIGIBILITY AND PAYMENT AMOUNT FOR SSI RECIPIENTS.
