ATF REQUIRES THAT WINE ON WINE PREMISES BE IDENTIFIED BY STATEMENTS OF INFORMATION ON LABELS OR CONTAINED IN MARKS. ATF USED THIS INFORMATION TO VALIDATE THE RECEIPTS OF EXCISE TAX REVENUE BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. CONSUMERS ARE PROVIDED WITH ADEQUATE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
