Abstract:
LABELING' IDENTIFICATION OF REFLECTIVE MATERIAL AS CONFORMING TO SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. ALSO USED FOR ROUTINE TRAILER INSPECTION BY FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION. PUBLIC COMMENT WAS OBTAINED ON MARKING AS PAR OF AN NPRM. THE MARKING SYSTEM OF THE FINAL RULE SATISFIES THE CONCERNS OF ALL THE COMMENTERS.
