Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved for use through December 30, 1994. This approval is conditional on HUD's correction of its forms to accurately reflect the burden in the disclosure statement. This mu be done for the Forms 40087 and 92013-E. This was specified in the previous terms of clearance. OMB will not approve these and any other forms for use in the future if they fail to show the appropriate disclosures printed on the forms.In addition, any and all forms that are used solely for the 202/811 programs should be submitted under 2502-0267 or 2502-0462. All other OMB numbers should be deleted using an ICW, as appropriate.

Abstract: THIS COLLECTION IS NECESSARY TO ASSIST HUD IN DETERMINING APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY AND CAPACITY TO DEVELOP HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY WITHIN STATUTORY AND PROGRAM CRITERIA. A THOROUGH EVALUATION OF THE APPLICANT'S QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES IS CRITICAL TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT'S FINANCIAL INTEREST AND TO MITIGATE ANY POSSIBILITY OF FRAUD, WASTE, OR MISMANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS.
