THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT THAT SCHOOLS ARE PROPERLY ADMINISTERING THE HPSL AND NSL PROGRAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATUTORY A REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND ARE EXERCISING SOUND BILLING AND COLLECTIO PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT FEDERAL MONIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RECYCLE FOR FUTURE HPSL AND NSL AWARDS.
