Abstract:
THE ASBESTOS STANDARD REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO ALLOW OSHA ACCESS TO THEIR VARIOUS RECORDS INCLUDING EXPOSURE, MEDICAL, INFORMATION AND TRAINING. THE STANDARD APPLIES TO EMPLOYERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AS DEFINED IN 29 CFR 1926.58.
