Abstract:
ATF F 5620.7 DOCUMENTS THAT CIGARS, CIGARETTES, CIGARETTE PAPERS, AND TUBES WERE SHIPPED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY, PUERTO RICO, OR THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AND THAT THE TAX WAS ALREADY PAID ON THESE PRODUCTS. ATF F 5620.7 IS USED AS THE CLAIM FILED BY A PERSON WHO PAID THE TAX TO CLAI A DRAWBACK FOR THE TAX THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID.
