Approved through June 1994. The Privacy Act notice submitted June 21 provides sufficient notice of routine uses to advise the respondent of circumstances under which these records will be released. However, it 3(a), "the gross value of the decedent's entire personal estate," may unnecessarily intrusive. BPD should consider whether other means coul be found to assure payment of priority claims, such as funeral expense without the disclosure of the entire value of an estate. BPD should report on its findings as part of the next request for extension of th collection. You may omit printing the expiration date on this form.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
