Abstract:
THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR THE COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH FEE RATES FOR THE GAMING OPERATIONS TO COMPUTE THEIR FEES PAYABLE AND FOR THE COMMISSION TO EVALUATE AND FORMULATE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. APPROXIMATELY 120 TRIBES AND 150 GAMING OPERATIONS ARE AFFECTED.
