PERMITS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, PUERTO RICAN LIQUORS, TAX PAID PRODUCTS ATF F 487-B (5170.7) IS USED TO DOCUMENT THE SHIPMENT OF TAX PAID PUERTO RICAN LIQUORS AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE TO THE U.S. THE FORM PRODUCTS ARE EITHER TAXPAID OR DEFERRED UNDER AN APPROPRIATE BOND AND SERVES AS A METHOD OF THE PROTECTION OF THE REVENUE.
