INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS NESHAP IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE ATTAINMENT OF THE EMISSION LIMIT AND CONTINUED OPERATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPOSED OF COKE BYPRODUCT RECOVERY PLANTS IN THE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY.
