THIS SURVEY COLLECTS QUALITATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES IN BUSINESS LOAN DEMAND AND VARIOUS ASPECTS OF BANK LENDING PRACTICES AND SERVES AS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR MONITORING AND UNDERSTANDING THE EVOLUTION OF LENDING PRACTICES AT BANKS AND DEVELOPMENTS IN CREDIT MARKETS GENERALLY.
