THE AGREEMENT IS THE CONTRACT BETWEEN USDA AND WIC STATE AGENCIES, WHI EMPOWERS THE DEPARTMENT TO RELEASE FUNDS TO THE STATES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE WIC PROGRAM IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF 7 CFR PART 246.
