THE LMRDA REQUIRES UNIONS TO FILE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS, TRUSTEESHI REPORTS, COPIES OF THEIR CONSTITUTION, AND BYLAWS. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF UNION OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS, LABOR CONSULTANTS, AND SURETY COMPANIES. FILER ARE REQUIRE TO RETAIN SUPPORTING RECORD 5 YEARS.
