Abstract:
BARGES, HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS, SHIPPING MARINE SAFETY' 46 CFR 151 REQUIREMENTS ENSURE THE SAFE SHIPMENT OF BULK HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS IN BARGES. RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT BARGES MEET PART 151 SAFETY STANDARDS AND TO ENSURE THAT THE BARGES' CREWMEMBERS HAVE THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO OPERATE THE BARGES SAFELY. BARGE OPEATORS ARE AFFECTED.
