Abstract:
MORTGAGEES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 27050-A WHENEVER FHA - INSURED MORTGAGE IS TERMINATED AND NO CLAIM FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS WILL BE FILED. UPON RECEIPT OF THE 27050-A, HUD TERMINATES THE INSURANCE AND INITIATES A 27050-B TO ELIGIBLE HOMEOWNERS OF A DISTRIBUTION SHARE OR ONE-TIME PREMIUM REFUND.
