PROVIDERS OF SERVICES PARTICIPATING IN THE MEDICARE PROGRAM ARE REQUIR TO SUBMIT ANNUAL INFORMATION TO ACHIEVE SETTLEMENT OF COSTS FOR HOSPIT SERVICES RENDERED TO MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES.
