Abstract:
SECTION 6(A)(2) OF THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE, AND RHODENTICID ACT (FIFRA), AS AMENDED, REQUIRES SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION ACQUIRED BY A PESTICIDE REGISTRANT WHICH MAY BE RELEVANT TO BALANCING OF THE RISKS AND BENEFITS OF A PESTICIDE PRODUCT.
