Abstract:
FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, SECURITIES, TRANSFER AGENT, BANK REGISTRATION SECTION 17A(C)(1) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78 REQUIRES A BANK TO REGISTER WITH THE APPROPRIATE FEDERAL BANK REGULATO REGULATION 12 CFR 341, AN INSURED NONMEMBER BANK USES FROM TA-1 TO REGISTER WITH THE FDIC AS A TRANSFER AGENT.
