SECURITIES, REGISTRATION STATEMENT, BUSINESS COMBINATION TRANSACTIONS FORM S-4 IS THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR SECURITIES ISSUED IN BUSINESS COMBINATION TRANSACTIONS. THE FORM GIVES INVESTORS THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE INVESTMENT DECISIONS REGARDING MERGERS, EXCHANGE OFFERS, OR OTHER BUSINESS COMBINATION TRANSACTIONS PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933.
