Abstract:
FORM S-11 IS THE REGISTRATION FORM USED BY CERTAIN REAL ESTATE COMPANIES. THE FORM GIVES INVESTORS THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE INVESTMENT DECISIONS REGARDING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS AND OTHER ISSUERS WHOSE BUSINESS IS PRIMARILY THAT OF ACQUIRING AND HOLDING FOR INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE OF INTERESTS IN REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933.
