Abstract:
3304(A)(9)(B) OF THE I.R.C. OF 1954 REQUIRES STATES TO PARTICIPATE IN ARRANGEMENT, AS PRESCRIBED BY THE SECRETARY OF LABOR, WHICH PROVIDE FO THE PAYMENT OF UI BENEFITS ON THE BASIS OF COMBINING EMPLOYMENT AND WAGES EARNED IN TWO OR MORE STATES. THIS REPORT IS NEEDED TO MEASURE THE SCOPE AND MONITOR THE OPERATION OF THIS PROGRAM.
