Abstract:
UNTAXPAID BEER MAY BE REMOVED FROM A BREWERY FOR EXPORTATION WITHOUT PAYMENT OF EXCISE TAXES NORMALLY DUE. IN ORDER FOR THIS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED AND FOR ATF TO MONITOR SUCH TRANSACTIONS, BREWERS COMPLET ATF F 5130.12 (1689). THIS FORM MONITORS EXPORTS ON SHIPS AND AIRCRAF OR TO MILITARY BASES. THE FORM IS CERTIFIED BY U.S. CUSTOMS AND ENSUR THAT UNTAXPAID BEER DOES NOT REACH DOMESTIC MARKETS.
