PROVIDES FUNDS TO STATES AND TERRITORIES TO IMPLEMENT FEDERALLY APPROV COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT PLANS. INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF ACTIVITIES WILL HELP ACHIEVE NATIONAL COASTAL MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AN IF STATE IS ADHERING TO ITS APPROVED PLAN.
