Abstract:
PUBLIC LAW 99-252 (15 U.S.C. 4403(A)) REQUIRES MANUFACTURERS, PACKAGER AND IMPORTERS OF SMOKELESS TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE THE SECRETARY OF HHS ANNUALLY WITH A LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS ADDED TO TOBACCO IN THE MANUFACTURE OF SMOKELESS TOBACCO PRODUCTS. EACH INGREDIENT SHOULD BE REPORTED BY CHEMICAL NAME AND CHEMICAL ABSTRACT SERVICE (CAS) NUMBER.
