Abstract:
THE NRC DIVISION OF CONTRACTS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, IN ADMINISTERIN ITS CONTRACTS TO ENSURE THAT CONTRACTOR COSTS BILLED FOR PAYMENT ARE PROPER, PROVIDES BILLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITS CONTRACTORS TO FOLLOW IN PREPARATION OF INVOICES. THESE INSTRUCTIONS STIPULATE THE LEVEL OF DETAIL IN WHICH SUPPORTING COST DATA MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR NRC REVIEW OF COSTS BILLED.
