Abstract:
THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO FINANCE BUSINESS FACILITIES AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN RURAL AREAS. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH LOANS MADE BY FMHA TO INTERMEDIARIES THAT ESTABLISH PROGRAMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LOANS, GUARANTEES, AND OTHER TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ULTIMATE RECIPIENTS FOR
