FCC FORM 302-FM IS REQUIRED TO BE FILED BY ALL FM BROADCAST STATIONS TO REQUEST A BROADCAST STATION LICENSE. DATA IS USED BY FCC STAFF TO CONFIRM THAT STATION HAS BEEN BUILT TO TERMS SPECIFIED IN THE OUTSTANDING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. DATA IS EXTRACTED FROM FCC 302-FM FOR INCLUSION IN THE LICENSE TO OPERATE THE STATION.
