Abstract:
OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF BOILERS AND INDUSTRIAL FURNACES THAT BURN HAZARDOUS WASTES AS FUEL ARE REQUIRED TO RETAIN CERTAIN RECORDS UNTIL CLOSURE. ALSO, THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF CERTAIN FACILITIES LIKE SOME METAL RECOVERY FURNACES AND SMALL QUANTITY BURNERS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE EMISSION STANDARDS OF THE BIF RULE AFTER THEY DO SOME SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS, PUBLISH A ONE-TIME NOTIFICATION AND MAINTAIN
