Abstract:
APPROXIMATELY 90 PERCENT OF NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER IS SOLD ON A COMPETITIVE BASIS IN WHICH PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS NEED TO COMPLETE THE BID FORM IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR BIDDING ON THE TIMBER. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE BUSINESSES THE DEPEND ON NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER AS A RAW MATERIAL FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF FOREST PRODUCTS.
