Abstract:
A PROPOSED REVISION TO 10 CFR 34 WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED ON NRC FORM 313. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REVIEWED TO DETERMINE WHETHER A MATERIAL LICENSE APPLICANT IS QUALIFIED BY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE AND HAS EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, AND PROCEDURES THAT ARE ADEQUATE TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC.
