REGULATION IS BEING REVISED TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 2386, TITLE XXIII, OF THE 1990 FARM BILL (P.L. 101-624), WHICH PROVIDES FOR GRANTS FOR STATEWIDE PRIVATE NONPROFIT TELEVISION SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AGRICULTURE AND OTHER ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE TO FARMERS AND OTHER RURAL RESIDENTS.
