Terms of Clearance: Item 15 of the SF 83 has been corrected to answer #4, reinstatement. We note that the ink used for the instructions makes them difficult to read. We believe that on reprinting, Customs should improve the readability of the instructions by using a darker ink and/or using a larger type size and extending the insturctions to the bottom of the page. You may omit printing the expiration date on this form.
