FERC-542 IS REQUIRED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE IF AN INTERSTATE PIPELINE'S RATES COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE RATES/CHARGES ARE JUST AND REASONABLE AND NONDISCRIMINATORY OR UNDULY PREFERENTIAL. IF, AFTER PRELIMINARY REVIEW, THE RATE FILINGS ARE SET FOR FORMAL HEARING, THE DATA UNDER FERC-543 (RATE TRACKING, FORMAL) ARE COLLECTED
