Abstract:
RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF ETHYLENE OXIDE COMMERCIAL STERILIZATION AND FUMIGATION OPERATIONS. RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT ONE-TIME REPORTS OF INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS AND REPORTS OF NONCOMPLIANCE. RECORDKEEPING OF PARAMETERS RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF AIR POLLUTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES IS REQUIRED. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS WILL BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NESHAP.
