IDENTIFICATION, MOTOR VEHICLES, MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMEN MANUFACTURERS OF MOTOR VEHCILES AND/OR MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR NAMES, ADDRESSES, AND A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE TYPE OF VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT THEY MANUFACTURE TO NHTSA.
