Abstract:
PUBLIC LAW 103-200 (THE DOMESTIC CHEMICAL DIVERSION CONTROL ACT OF 199 IMPOSES AN ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENT FOR MANUFACTURERS OF LISTED CHEMICALS. LISTED CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS WILL REPORT ANNUAL PRODUCTIO YEAR-END INVENTORY, QUANTITY CONSUMED, PURCHASED, AND DISTRIBUTED FOR EACH LISTED CHEMICAL. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT APPROXIMATELY 210 MANUFACTURERS OF LISTED CHEMICALS EXIST IN THE UNITED STATES. THIS
