VA IS REQUIRING CERTAIN LOAN APPLICANTS TO SUBMIT COMPLETE COPIES OF INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS TO LENDERS WITH THEIR LOAN APPLICATIONS. THIS WILL ENABLE LENDERS AND VA TO OBTAIN MORE RELIABLE INCOME DATA FOR THESE BORROWERS.
